Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected at checkout. Custom or personalized orders may take additional time to process, which will be indicated at checkout.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We offer standard and expedited shipping options for your convenience.

Shipping Method & Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.
  Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website.

International Shipping:
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. For international inquiries, please reach out to us directly.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information to file a claim.

Shipping Delays:
While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or external factors (e.g., weather, holidays, etc.).
